Unattended access (servers & always-on machines)
To connect to a machine without anyone on the other end: open Settings → Security, set a unique password per machine, and enable the service (Settings → General → start service, Windows: install as a service). Techs connect using the machine's ID + that password.
Connect from a browser
Open the official RustDesk web client, then set the ID Server, Relay Server and Key above in its settings.
LAN clients
Inside the LXCo network, clients may also use 172.16.149.11 as ID and Relay server. Same key.
For admins
Fleet deployment (NinjaRMM, Intune, or manual admin run). Each script installs the client, applies the server config, sets a random per-machine password and prints the ID + password.
deploy-rustdesk-ninja.ps1 (Windows) · deploy-rustdesk-linux.sh (Linux)
Run scripts as admin/root. Collect the printed password — it is not recoverable afterwards.
Managed by the LXCo infrastructure agent. For support, raise an INF ticket.
